Many students may not understand or believe in the possibility of achieving the “impossible dreams” in their lives. Many have given up their dreams early on in their lives. At the same time, it is to be remembered that dream does not simply end with our achievements and academic qualification. Today, the world needs not only well-educated and intelligent people, but the world also needs people who are dedicated, motivated and compassionate. The world needs people who extend their hands to help others and stand up for the rights of all people. In this sense, MICFAST reflects multifarious aspects – character formation, personality development, spiritual uplift and grooming of students to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing World. When students come to MICFAST, they are able to benefit from the spiritual, academic, and extracurricular activities. They’re also blessed by the various opportunities to enjoy the best from the College, their house of love.

The time of college education is a time for growth, change, challenge and discovery. MICFAST encourages and prepares students to participate fully, to take challenges, to be self-advocates, and to be well motivated. We believe that students, parents, and Faculty – all have a vital role in helping students to reach their greatest potential. Students are encouraged to take advantage of the many resources and opportunities available to them in the college-campus including the library, computer lab, various clubs, team building activities, curricular, co-curricular, extracurricular activities, etc. In the words of Oscar Wilde, “The aim of life is self development to realize one’s nature perfectly”. The aim of education is to change you and the world, and to extend their hands to help and love others. That is what Jesus says, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind … Love your neighbour as yourself’ (Mat. 22:37).

With the combined efforts of hardworking and dedicated faculty, goodwill of our parents, friends and well wishers, we are confident that our College will continue to evolve consistently. The Management has always taken keen interest, providing qualitative infrastructure, encouragement and unflinching support in growing and marching ahead in all avenues of the college’s functioning and for the overall development and personality of the students. The words of great scientist Albert Einstein are memorable in this regard: “I don’t teach my children. I create conditions for them to learn”. Yes, we don’t simply teach, but create an atmosphere and ambience to learn and to inspire them.
I wish you all the Best for the Academic Year. God bless!
